Lymphedema Rehabilitation Unit

The unit specializes in rehabilitating lymphatic system-related diseases such as primary and secondary lymphedema, lipedema, and post-surgical and cosmetic surgery swelling. The unit includes physical therapy aimed at reducing swelling and improving tissue condition, as well as functional therapy that evaluates daily functions and recommends necessary changes in the patient’s environment to facilitate self-reliance. Additionally, the unit provides psychological therapy that addresses the patient’s mental health, including coping with the disease, adapting to it, and overcoming difficulties associated with it.
